As you say, we store the license and authcode for that machine in the Users' AppData folder in the folder C:Users[Your User name]AppDataRoamingRender Plus Systems, in a file called IRender.
Once you have generated an 'IRender.ini' file for your lab license, you can copy that file to a folder named 'Render Plus Systems', in C:ProgramData
C:ProgramDataRender Plus Systems
and all users on that machine should come up authorized.
The only data in that file that is used for authorizing in the license number and authcode. The other lines were just added for debugging purposes.

Thanks for this. I will be able to retroactively make this work for the current semester.
Is there a chance you can put into any new releases that it does this by default, or at least give an option to choose? The fact that we have to activate 60+ PCs manually is already quite inconvenient (we already automate the installation), having copy files to make it work properly for all users is a bit much as Im sure you can understand.
